Mark impressed me with his extensive knowledge as well as his ability to use work-arounds to get everything in the network working together. He arrived on time, did everything that was asked of him, and was very patient with me, the distressed network owner. We've had different people working on our Macs and network for many years, and Mark is the best one we've ever found.
